Refund Policy
At SpiroSoft, we strive to deliver high-quality digital services. Due to the nature of our work, our refund policy is as follows:
Eligibility for Refunds
- Refunds may be considered only if the project has not been started
- If a client cancels within the initial agreement period, partial refunds may apply
- No refunds will be issued once significant work has been completed or delivered
Non-Refundable Services
- Completed web development or mobile app projects
- SEO and digital marketing services already executed
- Cloud setup, server configuration, or technical implementations
Project-Based Work
For milestone-based projects:
- Payments made for completed milestones are non-refundable
- Future unpaid milestones can be canceled
Subscription Services
- Monthly services (SEO, social media, ads) can be canceled anytime
- No refunds for the current billing cycle once started
Chargebacks
Clients are encouraged to contact us before initiating any chargebacks. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in service suspension.
